Tolar City Council
The City Council handles all of the administrative and legal issues of the city. They are elected to serve as a voice for the residents and to be their proponents in all negotiations and situations where the city must be represented to outside individuals, agencies or governments. They also serve as a sounding board for the concerns of residents, and in some cases as mediator or arbitrator between residents.
