City of Tolar Water Department
Water Payments:
Water bills are due on the 15th of every month. They are considered late if they are not in the office (post office box or drop box located at the front and rear entrances to City Hall) the morning of the first working day after the 15th (usually the 16th, but may change due to holidays or weekend dates). Payments received after that are assessed a 10% late fee.
Any accounts that are ten days past due are subject to water service being cut off until full payment, as well as a reconnection fee, is made.
It shall be the responsibility of the resident to notify the office when paying by credit card via Gov-Pay.com on the cut-off date.
FAILURE TO CALL CITY HALL (254-835-4390), WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL RECONNECT FEES OF $50,
reconnects are done Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS.

Trash Pickup Info:For City of Tolar water service customers, there is an exclusive contract with Waste Connections. The cost is $15.06 plus tax, totaling $16.30 per month. This charge is included in the water bill. Please remember to have trash out by 7:00 am on Thursdays, and bring receptacles in by the end of the day.
Missed trash will not be picked up until the following week. Customers may use their own containers. |

New Service: For new service, you may download and complete the form using the button below and return to City Hall with either your lease or settlement page (for verification purposes only), a picture ID, and deposit ($150 if renting and $100 if purchasing the property). Applications received prior to 3:00 pm may be connected the same day. |
